PAUSING for PERSPECTIVE

Dr. Ruth Landstrom

Friday, May 9, 2008

7-8:30 p.m.

Yoga for Well-Being

2 Industrial Drive, Florida, NY

Suggested donation: $10

The Habits and Happiness workshops explore how to cultivate habits that lead to happiness.  Meeting usually on the second Friday of the month, each workshop includes meditation, a talk, and discussion.  All are welcome.

This month, we will learn how to pause in the middle of our hectic lives to gain perspective.  Stopping and purposely widening our view can get us out of old ruts and leads us to wiser choices.

Ruth Landstrom, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist, life coach and meditation teacher, with offices in Warwick, NY and NYC.  For more information, please call Ruth toll-free at 1-866-788-4526.  To subscribe to her free e-newsletter, Habits and Happiness, go to www.hereandnowcoaching.com.
