The Habits and Happiness workshops explore
how to cultivate habits that lead to happiness. Meeting
usually on the second Friday of the month, each workshop
includes meditation, a talk, and discussion. All are
welcome.
This month,
we will learn how to pause in the middle of our hectic lives
to gain perspective. Stopping and purposely widening our
view can get us out of old ruts and leads us to wiser
choices.
